Acceptance of Policies

Any person who uses our website www.tropicalfruits.store or www.tropicalfruits.mv is taken as a person who has read these polices and who accepts to follow these policies. This includes all customers and consumers and vice-versa who uses the website to get any service.

Refund Policy

Tropical Fruits does not accept any refund requests or will not process any refunds in cases where the delivered goods are damaged due to the mismanagement of goods and services by the cargo service handlers or by the airfreight handlers. In cases of damage, customers or buyers who specified the delivery location to another island other than Male’ City are required to inform the issue or complaint within 2hrs of delivery to the customer given island. Customers who specified the delivery location as Male’ City are required to inform the issue upon delivery to their address. All complaints and issues must be filed in written format along with damage details. Such issues or complaints must be sent to our technical email address [email protected]. Hard copies of complaints can be delivered to any of our outlets in Maldives.

Tropical Fruits will not accept refund requests for items that has been already delivered for cargo and for airfreight.

in cases where refund has been accepted by Tropical Fruits, Tropical fruits will not refund any amount paid as airfreight charges or as cargo charges

Payment Policy

All customers are required to pay the full invoiced amount within 24hrs unless otherwise Tropical Fruits has given the opportunity for the customer to pay the payment within a time frame through invoice or any other format of written document.

Data Policy

Tropical Fruits will not share the personal information of customers to any third party. However, in cases where the information has to be shared to safeguard Tropical Fruits from any legal issue or financial issue, Tropical Fruits will only share information that are only relevant to such cases.

Automatic collection of customer information by any third party that happens due to the usage of Tropical Fruits services will be accepted as information that has been shared due to the acceptance and usage of Tropical Fruit services.
